• Unless otherwise stated, all rates listed are based on a minimum 2 night stay. Surcharges may apply for a 1 night booking.

• Gate Fees R 180 per adult per stay & R 80 per child (under 12 years) per stay, which need to be prepaid upon booking. For guests flying in, gate fees R 240 per adult per stay and R 150 per child per stay. Rates are subject to change.
• Madikwe Guest Conservation Contribution Fee of R 190 per adult per night & R 95 per child (under 12 years) per night applies. The fees are subject to change and to be settled at the lodge direct.
• Madikwe Guest Conservation Contribution Fee from 15 April 2024:
  SADC Residents R 225 per adult per night & R 115 per child (under 12 years) per night applies. The fees are subject to change and to be settled at the lodge direct.

• There is a single supplement charge for single accommodation. Please contact your BushBreaks & More consultant for a quote.

Jacis Safari Lodge

• Children 0 – 5 years can only be accommodated in the Luxury Nare or Safari suites.
• Children 0 – 5 years may be accommodated in a standard Luxury Tented-Style Suite on request and subject to availability of stretcher beds.
• The child policy below applies to all children from 6 up to and including 12 years, sharing a room with two adults:
• Jaci’s Safari Lodge can accommodate a maximum of two children aged 6 – 12 years sharing with two adults in a room – subject to availability of stretcher beds.
• One child aged 6 – 12 years, sharing with a single adult will be charged the normal child sharing rate. (Available on request)
• Children occupying their own room will be charged normal adult sharing rates.
• Children sharing with adults are accommodated on a stretcher bed. Each stretcher bed and cot can accommodate a maximum of one child.
• Children’s menu is available on request and can be discussed with the chef upon arrival.
• Children 13 years and older are considered adults and will therefore require their own room at the applicable adult sharing rates.
• Please request a child sharing rate from your BushBreaks consultant.
• Children 6 – 12 years old sharing with parents may join their parents on the adult morning and/or evening game drives at the discretion of the Ranger.

Jacis Tree Lodge

• Jaci’s Tree Lodge does not allow children under the age of 12 years.
• Children 12 years and older are considered adults and will be accommodated in their own room at the full adult rate per child per night.
