We have welcomed Nditsheni Lafimise to the Jaci’s Lodges since the 13th November.
Nditsheni has completed his chef’s training at Limpopo Chefs Acadamy in Polokwane,Limpopo. After graduating, he worked as an apprentice at Amazingwe Lodge in Hartebeespoort Dam. From there he continued his cullinary journey in America where he worked as a Chef De Partie at The Ritz Hotel, situated in Carlton,Florida.
He returned to South Africa in mid 2019. Nditsheni is a very young and talented chef. Nditsheni prepared a very light and appetizing starter of pickled purple and yellow beetroot, on a twirl of beetroot puree, accompanied by pickled shimenji mushroom, cucumber ribbons, creamy chevin cheese quenelles, topped with radish slices and micro herb.
We wish Nditsheni the best of luck as an employee at Jaci’s Lodges.
