The 3rd annual Magic Madikwe Cycling Weekend was hosted at Jaci’s on the 21st of July. The weekend included 2 Nights at Jaci’s Safari Lodge or Jaci’s Tree Lodge, two 40km cycling routes through the stunning reserve, game drives, our infamous Safari Gin Bar stop and all-out-fun-filled-family-and-friends cycling weekend for a worthy cause!
By participating in our cycling weekend and super secret auction, participants have played a big part in the conservation and preservation of Madikwe Game Reserve’s environment. All proceeds from our cycling weekend went directly towards anti-poaching, conservation and educational initiatives in our reserve and ultimately resulted in a whopping R77 000.00 being raised! We hope to welcome our cyclists back to Jaci’s Lodges again soon and are already looking forward to our next cycling weekend on 20 – 23 July 2018.
