Where did you work before / experience / training / background?
Jaci’s Lodges is the first place I started working at. I was appionted here in the Maintenance Department, but, I will always be thankful to Managers at Jaci’s for seeing the potential in me and moved onto joining the Front of House Team.
What Draws you to Jacis Lodges / Madikwe?
I have always wanted to work at a Lodge and in a Reserve like Madikwe. For me the bush is never boring, and being in the middle of nowhere, I feel like I am on top of the world here at Jaci’s Lodges.
What do you love about your job?
Meeting new people everyday and having a part in making them smile. For me making sure each guest is happy is a big part of what I love about the work I do. My passion continues to sparkle.
First Impressions of our first day at work?
The team at Jaci’s made me feel like I have been here forever on my first day. The whole team was welcoming and warm towards me and first day at Jaci’s will always be one of my most memorable ones.
What makes you get out of bed in the morning?
Nothing makes one happy like waking up,knowing you actually have a day ahead witht the opportunity to make people smile. Therefore I learnt that memory should be taken with, and leave a footprint behind that you shall be remembered with.
